Amora NeoLuxe Suites Hotel

great hotel great location very helpful staff lots of restaurants and massage places around high end mall very close 5 to 10 minute walk and so is public transportation

Pool,staff,comfort,restaurant.

The only movie channel was not working

The location of the hotel is superb

The breakfast was in our opinion adequate could have been better

The location was great.

The TV service was poor.

Location, price.

Nothing in particular.

The room was beautiful. Very clean and extremely comfortable.

The floor in the entry area of the room clearly needed to be mopped.

friendly helpful staff. Nice room

I liked the location and room size.

The bathroom tiles had old grout and needed to be cleaned.

Staff is very friendly and competent, rooms are big and very clean

The rooms were clean and have everything what we neededNice helpful staff Good breakfastPool and gym

it’s a bit far from the city centre, but it’s easy to reach by metro or taxi.Just keep in mind that traffic jams can happen when taking a taxi or bus.Otherwise, the hotel’s neighbourhood in Sukhumvit is very nice.

The service was very good, and the cleanliness was maintained at the same level as last year.During my stay, the front desk staff member Oily (hope I remembered the name correctly) provided excellent service and was very helpful. Thank you to her.The breakfast staff were also very friendly and welcoming. The bed was as comfortable as always. I would stay here again if I had the chance.Wifi is really good for me(since I need to work online sometimes)

The bathroom facilities in the room felt a bit old this time. There were minor issues with the shower holder and the faucet, but they did not affect usage.

The room is big and comes with a huge bathroom with a bathtub in it, a bed is comfy.

Better to eat outside.

Location was beautiful. Food at restaurant was good. Friendly staff. Boat trip great value.

Great location close to the BTS and MRT and by the big gardenLots of massage parlors bars and restaurantsHas a swimming pool as well on roof top

Everything was perfect. Great location close to both MRT and BTS. 7/11 that works 24h is in 150m. The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms were cleaned everyday. Pool and gym area nice for a quick swim or basic gym session.

Nothing all was good

Great location, clean nice rooms

Bed was quite firm

Location is very convenient, but it was quiet in the night. Staff are freindly and kInd. Facilities are new, clean and good.

It'd be more comfortable if the restaurant is on the ground floor instead of the basrment.

Prime location closes to the bts sky train and mallsThe bed is comfortable and the check in process was fast

The door is quite heavy then when it closes, the sound was loud. The cleanliness could have been better, found the dust covers on the TV remote controller

1. Excellent location - near to Emsphere & BTS station.2. All staff are very friendly, receptionist & cleaners. They greet you whenever they see you.3. Excellent room - spacious, clean & cosy.

Breakfast restaurant is situated at basement. There is no view, thus a little boring.

The location is very good. The area is close to the BTS and public transportation and has several major Malls around it.

However, the quality-to-price ratio is a bit low, and be aware of the varying room prices, which are often similar to one another. Also, the personnel were not that efficient, especially at the front desk...
